About Pho Concept

Our broth begins at midnight. Marrow bones are blanched, rinsed, and loaded into the stockpot with charred onion and ginger. No shortcuts. No powder packets. Just time, heat, and intention. By noon, the liquid has transformed — from murky water to a crystal-clear amber elixir that carries decades of Vietnamese culinary memory in every ladle.
