We specialize in Asian fusion Tapa bites such as salmon/tuna/crab/beef bite-size tacos, black cod butter lettuce wrap, teppan grilled edamame with white truffle oil, house-made certified black Angus beef gyoza, kushiyaki (Japanese skewer), yuzu miso salsa tuna/salmon served on lotus chip.
For hot dishes, we have teppanyaki cooked on a hot sizzling plate served with seasonal vegetables. Our fried rice, yakisoba, and yaki udon are cooked on a teppanyaki grill as well. Last but not least, your visit to Japaneiro won't be complete without trying our chef's specialty dishes all using top-quality ingredients.
Our exotic signature dishes are Alaska black cod marinated with sweet miso, Chilean sea bass with Jalapeño cilantro dressing, Australian New Zealand Lamb Chop, Jidori chicken (cage-free, hormone-free), Scottish Salmon top with crunchy baby spinach, and we use only certified black Angus beef, the flat iron, NY strip, filet and 24 OZ BONE IN RIB EYE all served with our Anticucho Peruvian BBQ sauce
