Cap't Loui is known for it's excellence in rich flavor, quality, and variety. Founded in 2016 with the opening of Cap't Loui Stoneham, MA we have expanded to several locations in Massachusetts and New New Jersey, and will continue to pave the way for the freshest seafood boil in our signature Cajun spice.
