Bowhunting is something that I have gained more and more interest in over the past few years. Listening to Joe Rogan talk about it constantly, as well as having guests on like Cameron Hanes and John Dudley, naturally I became more and more interested. So I finally took the first step!! In early January I took my first lesson with a recurve bow. The goal is to end up hunting with a compound bow, but we used to recurve just to go over the basics and to get a feel for the action of shooting. This is something completely new to me, Ive picked up a bow before, but the first shot in the lesson was my first ever. I cant wait to see where this new journey takes me, and I especially cant wait to face this new challenge.
