Rob Garrett is the most popular and most requested Neil Diamond tribute artist all around the world. He has headlined at more venues in Las Vegas than any other tribute act in the business. Here at the very end of his show during Memorial Day weekend at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino he performs 2 songs as a tribute to our nations Veterans who are no longer with us including the obscure "Dry Your Eyes" which Neil wrote in 1976 with Robbie Robertson who was the leader of the popular 1960's and 1970's group called THE BAND.
Diamond performed the song in the live concert film documentary 'The Last Waltz" which presented The Band in their final concert tour. Diamond never sang the song again until his own last tour in 2017/2018 as a tribute to the victims of the "senseless" mass shootings and bombings that occurred in locations around the world such as London, Manchester, Paris, Belgium. San Bernadino, CA, Texas, Boston, New York City, and Las Vegas - just to name a few,
Garrett dedicated this song along with Diamond's "America" to our own military (and first responder) hero's.
