Recreational cannabis has been legal in Nevada since 2017 and dispensaries are spread across the valley, from Thrive and Planet 13 near the Strip to Deep Roots, Curaleaf, RISE and Jardin in the suburbs. Bring ID; cash is still easier than card.

Tourists can buy cannabis at any licensed Las Vegas dispensary. Nevada's recreational market is open to any adult 21 or over holding valid government-issued photo ID, including out-of-state and foreign visitors. Neither Nevada residency nor a medical card is required.
Nevada allows recreational customers to buy up to one ounce of cannabis flower or one eighth of an ounce of concentrate. Medical cardholders may buy more. Dispensaries log purchases against your ID, so the limit applies across the day rather than resetting at each shop.
Most Las Vegas dispensaries are cash-only or route card payments through a cash-equivalent system, because cannabis remains federally illegal and mainstream banks will not process it. Nearly every dispensary keeps an ATM on site, but bringing cash avoids the fees.
