Our menu is a combination of hometown classics from Central China and flavors adopted from American community of good food lovers. Originally designed to offer a Chinese menu, the Noodleman was born under the name simply home noodles. The unique interior offers furnishings, clothing and accessories handcrafted in Central China. We endeavor to franchise this restaurant so all American nationwide can enjoy both the old and new traditions of the noodle culture from China.
