Through our long fermentation process, our loaves have the optimal flavor and health benefits. We bake with just the right amount of love. Our fresh pastries are all made in-house daily. We believe in the "kitchen table" where stories are shared, friends are made and partnerships are formed, all in the name of food. Chef Scott Commings, Season 12 Winner Hell's Kitchen, is at the helm. His passion for fresh bread began long ago as a child growing up in an Italian household.
