Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends! Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails. Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands. For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

Walk-ins are welcomed for our lounge and main bar. Reservations recommended for our main dining room, patio (seasonal), and raw bar seating. Dress Code: Dress, but not dressy. Polished Casual (comfortable, yet polished and stylish), to Business Casual (suits, sport coats, collared shirts, skirts, and tailored dresses all good too!)
