Pink Duck Kitchen began when a group of 4 friends who have worked alongside each other decided to make the leap to open up their own restaurant. Chef Fatimah Madyun, Flor Castaneda, Andrea Cisneros & Gerald Santos are the owner/operators of the newest local brunch spot located in Henderson. With their extensive experience in food and beverage both on and off The Las Vegas Strip, Chef Fatimah is excited to present her crafted brunch menu with Filipino influence.
