Chef Duy has over 10 years of experience perfecting the art of creating the most delicious Pho. She use traditional technique of simmering beef bones with roasted ginger and sweet onions for hours then herbs and spices including cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, coriander seed, clove, and fennel are added to give the broth layers of flavors.
