“The Pupusas” this name comes from a native dish from El Salvador. It is prepared and delicately shaped as a corn tortilla. In the center you can garnish it with cheese, our native special species, beans, pork or use any combination of your choice. It is cooked on a grill and served on the table (on the side) with shredded cabbage and marinated with vinegar and tomato sauce Salvadorian style. You then eat it as a soft taco and… ENJOY IT.
