Offering a truly once-in-a-lifetime convergence of flavor and atmosphere, Ito is a modern omakase dining experience serving the highest quality sushi at an intimate 12-seat counter. Ito restaurant is located on the top floor of the Fontainebleau tower.

Reservations are offered Tuesday - Saturday for 6pm - 8:45pm seatings. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that remain unconfirmed within 24-hours of reservation time. We only offer our omakase menu, priced at $400 per person, not inclusive of beverage, tax or gratuity.

Dress code is business casual.
