Art of Naked Yoga

The Erotic Heritage Museum has a long history of supporting body-positive movements and the Art of Naked Yoga is the ultimate expression of body-positive expression. This series was developed with unity in mind and with the goal that each participant reconnects with themselves and others in an open way. Removing your clothes in your practice is a liberating experience but can be unnerving at first. The instructor will guide you through the experience and help you cultivate security, strength, centeredness and wholeness. Nakedness is often viewed with shame and fear and other limiting self perceptions. This practice is geared to bring you to a place of pride, respect, honor, openness and acceptance. Bring your own towel & mat. Masks may be required at the instructors discretion.
