A Family owned and operated restaurant which embodies a tradition that has remained for over 40 years. The owner and executive chef, Steven Lee, began the Amlee tradition as the head chef at Chin’s in 1975. He continued to start his own restaurant, the acclaimed China First Restaurant.
This tradition of excellence is now carried on by the Amlee Gourmet Chinese Restaurant. Sauces and dishes are made to order with fresh ingredients daily. Everything is prepared to the customer’s request. Some of the Chef’s Specialties are Amlee Beef, Tossed Shredded Chicken Salad, Shrimp Puff, and Strawberry Chicken.
