The late Harold Pierce, an entrepreneur, open the first store in 1950 after realizing that the large fast food chains would not open up in the largely black populated areas. Harold's Chicken shack is now located all over Chicago, and in is operating in seven states, serving #friedchicken ( #wings ), #friedfish, and more.
