Is Smith & Wollensky the best steakhouse in Las Vegas? Smith & Wollensky is located in the Grand Canal Shoppes, and has some amazing wagyu steaks that are dry aged in house. In this video we snag a hanging 44 Oz Dry Aged Wagyu tomahawk, and feast for the DVW fam, this is one of the few times I have tried a wagyu steak so it's going to be a treat.
