The Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, NV is one of my absolute FAVORITE hotels on the Las Vegas strip. It is one of the few remaining themed properties and it is a classic and iconic place to stay. They have recently renovated their Burgundy rooms which is where I stayed and had a fantastic view from the 30th floor that looked out over the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio fountains!
