Firstly, the quality of our fleet is much higher than the standard of Las Vegas. We employ full time retailers, mechanics, and an auto body repair specialist to ensure our fleet consistently looks and operates brand new inside and out. Secondly, our team of chauffeurs are seasoned professionals that have driven charter buses for many years. Additionally, we require our chauffeurs attend monthly seminars to constantly remind them of our safety procedures and positive customer service practices. Lastly, our experienced operations team is second to none and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best transportation experience possible. Our operations team was trained to effectively communicate and ask the questions you would not have thought to ask regarding your transportation needs. Our goal is to make sure you have the best transportation experience possible by managing and exceeding your expectations!
Once you book your airport transfer, we will require your flight info and the total amount of people in your group. The day prior, you will receive your chauffeur's name, phone number, and bus number via e-mail from our operations team. Once your chauffeur(s) arrive at the airport, they will text you the exact stall location they are in. Once off the plane, you and your group will walk to baggage claim, collect your luggage, then head to the designated charter bus pick up location; please see below for directions to the designated pick up locations per vehicle: Terminal 1: - Go Down Escalator from Baggage Claim, Walk Outside through the Cross Walk & Find Buses to the Left Terminal 3 (Domestic): - Outside Baggage Claim to the Left Terminal 3 (Non-Domestic): - Immediately Outside Customs to the Right Once arrived to your vehicle, your chauffeur will be standing with a name sign of your choice and will assist with all luggage and other items to load onto the vehicle. Please note, due to airport policy our charter bus chauffeurs are not permitted to leave their vehicle, this is why they cannot assist with your luggage at baggage claim.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. Wheelchair accessible. Service animals allowed. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Gratuities for driver not included and at your discretion.
