La Salsa Cantina

Back in 2001, Bob and Laura were looking at various restaurants and decided La Salsa was the way to go, once we ventured into their Forum shops location. We loved the idea of no microwaves and daily freshly made products. With our financial partners Monica and Larry we came up with the Cantina design. Larry wanted people to feel they were in Mexico and worked closely with the design company to project that. We opened are first location at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood on May 11, 2002.
