The Vagina Monologues an episodic work written by Eve Ensler, is the result of 200 interviews conducted by its author with women from different parts of the world.

The piece is made up of 9 monologues and 3 conversations, dramatized readings represented by women. Every monologue is somehow related to the vagina, the recurring theme throughout the piece as a tool for female empowerment and the ultimate embodiment of individuality.

This version directed by Manuel Mendoza, is read in SPANISH by three Hispanic actresses, and throughout its production it has had more than 50 established and prestigious Latin actresses.
