Earl Turner celebrates "Blue-Eyed Soul'

Myron's, The Smith Center

361 Symphony Park Ave
Las Vegas, NV 89106

The term “Blue-Eyed Soul” coined in the 1960’s for white acts considered to have a “soul feeling” in their music. The Righteous Brothers were early artists most closely associated with “Blue-Eyed Soul.”

Since then many artists have exemplified the title. Artists like Tom Jones, Hall & Oates, Tower of Power, Michael McDonald, Bobby Caldwell and George Michael have had songs charted on not only the pop charts, but R&B charts as well. Many female artists such as Tina Marie, Josh Stone and Adele have also been considered soulful in their songwriting and musical styles.
