Above face value: Ticket prices may be above "face value" listed on the ticket (they may also be below "face value").
If event is cancelled: Full refund less any possible delivery charges.
If event is postponed or rescheduled: If the original tickets are valid for the new date/time, your tickets will not be refunded.
