As things return to normal, or so I've seen on the YouTube videos, it looks like Las Vegas is starting to make a comeback... hopefully safely!

Very fortunate to get the chance to visit amazing Las vegas, and even more grateful to get to meet up with good friend Dan and explore the great eats that this town has to offer. I arrived a little early, and this is still the lunar New Year celebration week. what better day to spend the morning, and celebrate the new year then with a nice dim sum brunch... and it gets better, because it is a luxurious dim sum buffet, with amazing roasts, Peking Duck, luscious foie gras, and an assortment of seafood! this is a special event held at the bellagio, at what I consider a hidden gem. Inside the casino, if you search hard enough, you'll find a wonderful Chinese restaurant called Jasmine. Once inside, you'll be greeted with The fountains of Bellagio, and the bountiful buffet floor!

However, just as great as the food was, the servers and the hosts were even better. It looks like Vegas hospitality, and Vegas generosity is back.
