## About

Spring Mountain Road is the spine of Asian dining in Las Vegas — three miles of Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Filipino kitchens, most of them family-run and open late. Lotus of Siam, a few blocks off it, is the restaurant that put the city on national food maps.
