Uncle B's Smokehouse BBQ has been a catering company/food truck serving public events along with business and private clients in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding towns for the last 4 years under the name Uncle Budsy's BBQ. Uncle B's has perfected smoking and grilling meats to what Uncle Budsy's is today. We have established a brick and mortar restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada to further capitalize on that history.
