TPC Las Vegas Golf Course

Since opening in 1996, the TPC Las Vegas golf course (previously TPC at The Canyons) has some of the richest PGA TOUR history in all of Las Vegas. From 1996-2006, the TPC Las Vegas hosted the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children Open, the Bard Capital Challenge and the Las Vegas Senior Classic. During that time, some of the world’s best golfers and major title winners — John Daly, Hale Irwin and Jim Furyk — have graced the fairways of the TPC Las Vegas.

But you don’t have to be a PGA TOUR pro to get a tee time at TPC Las Vegas. If you’re planning your Las Vegas golf vacation, TPC Las Vegas is open to the public as well as resort guests. Golfers only need be willing to put their skills to the test on these uniquely challenging fairways—and experience PGA TOUR-quality standards of the game firsthand.

The TPC Las Vegas golf course offers an incomparable level of play and challenge for every skill set. The club’s par-71, 7,016 yard championship golf course designed by acclaimed architect Bobby Weed and World Golf Hall of Famer Raymond Floyd, is commonly referred to as “desert elegance.”

TPC Las Vegas is one of the few Las Vegas golf courses which offers the option for men and women to play the course from a blended tee yardage.

The course plays 7,016 from the tips with the blue, or member’s tees at 6,699 yards. The white tees are 5,867 yards. The men’s blended tees (marked by a blue and white marker), is a mix of 9 holes from the blue members tees and the other nine from the white tees, adding up to 6,221 yards. The blended tees bring less forced carries into play and still offers a fair test to the mid-handicap golfer.

For your convenience and the opportunity to try out the latest in golf club technology, TPC Las Vegas proudly offers five brands of rental club equipment. All of our rental sets are $80/$60 out of season (June, July & August) and include a six-pack of golf balls.

GOLF INSTRUCTION AT TPC LAS VEGAS
Whether you’re fine tuning your game or starting from scratch, the professional golf instruction at TPC Las Vegas will offer exactly what you need.

Our Director of Golf Instruction, Matt Henderson, has over 15 years experience as a golf professional and instructor. Currently his students include several local PGA Professionals, Nevada State Amateur champions and a number of elite college and high school players from across the country. Recently ranked #2 in Golf Digest’s “Best in State” instructor rankings for Nevada and recipient of the 2013 Southern Nevada Teacher of the Year award, and Player Development Award. Matt specializes in competitive player development and enjoys teaching players of all levels, from beginner to the PGA TOUR.

Lessons with Matt include club fittings, club evaluation and a personalized practice plan, while on-course training offers course management, shot making and rule and etiquette instruction. Customized programs are also available for groups.

Temporarily closed with the exception of Monday group outings of 12 or more.
