The JoyFULL KITCHEN may be new to the Las Vegas Food Scene however, Owner and Founder Chef Sandi Sinicrope, has been in the kitchen for over 30 years.
Sandi Sinicrope, a UCLA Culinary School Graduate, has been in the culinary field since 1987. She studied with Master Chef Cecila De Castro (formerly with Ma Masion) who is currently the Executive Chef and Founder of the Academy of Culinary Education (ACE). She also studied with Master Chef and longtime Restaurateur Chef Jason Neroni (The Rose Café Venice Ca)
Sandi was also the Founder, Chef and Business Owner of “Something Special Catering and Gourmet Foods in Arcadia, California. The firm catered the Emmy’s as well as the Guests of the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game. Something Special was the catering firm of Bullocks Department Store, Pasadena for all Special Events
