Anastasia M. Hessel earned her credential as a Certified Professional Life Coach(CPLC), and a Certified Christian Life Coach (CCLC), from The Professional Christian Coaching and Counseling Academy in Coral Gables, Florida.

Anastasia spent time studying Psychology at Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu. During this time living in Hawaii, Anastasia gained her certification as a Yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar methods. She also graduated from the Fitness Institute of Australia in Sydney, gaining her knowledge in fitness, health, and nutrition. Coach Anastasia’s approach to moving clients forward on their journey encompasses a mind, body, and spirit balancing.
