Russell’s Restaurant, located on CSN’s North Las Vegas Campus, is the training and development center for students of the Nationally Ranked Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Management programs of the Department of Hospitality Management. During the Spring and Fall semesters, Culinary students prepare your meal while Food and Beverage Management students manage and operate Russell's Restaurant under the supervision and guidance of CSN's highly qualified faculty.
