El Yaqui Mexican Food & Desserts

It all started in 2014 when our matriarch Maria had a dream to open up a restaurant. Maria born and raised in the heart of Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, migrated to Las Vegas, Nevada and knew Las Vegas, Nevada was missing good authentic Sonoran food. In 2017 one of Maria's sons opened up a very successful food trailer with Maria's assistance and authentic recipes. 3 years later the food trailer has become a restaurant known as Tacos y Hot Dogs Sonora. Maria's other son & son-in-law had the same idea but knew that gaining hands-on experience and perfect timing would be beneficial. So 3 years later our dream has come true and would be known as El Yaqui Mexican Food & Desserts, LP.
