CHICA, by Celebrity Chef Lorena Garcia, opened its doors in May of 2017 and delivers the robust and vibrant flavors of Latin American cuisine combined with a dynamic wine and mixology program to The Venetian Las Vegas and Miami’s MiMo district. CHICA’s menu draws inspiration from classic renditions of Latin dishes, giving guests the opportunity to explore the flavors of Latin American cuisine, and features influences from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina to name a few.
