A concept influenced by the artsy-cool BRERA neighborhood in Milan Italy, it displays Chef Angelo’s personal culinary identity that emphasizes on the importance of the highest quality fresh ingredients and the use of cooking techniques that are meant to highlight their true flavors and presented in a minimalistic way. The Cuisine represents the synthesis and the complexity of the cultural heritage of the Italian people through their traditional local recipes reimagined in Chef Angelo’s style that today defines his contribution to contemporary Italian Cuisine. Catching a show? Indulge in the Pre-theater Menu for a deliciously curated three-course dinner. Select an appetizer to start your meal, a crowd favorite is the squash blossoms. For your main course, choose an entrée inspired by the land or the sea. Enjoy a sweet finish with a Tapioca Panna Cotta for dessert. This special menu is available daily from 4:30-6:30 p.m. It’s the best way to savor a meal before seeing a show in Las Vegas.
