Less talk. More ice cream! Afters Ice Cream founders, Andy Nguyen and Scott Nghiem, have not only revolutionized the ice cream market, they created a phenomenon. This is no old-school ice cream parlor. Afters is open from noon till midnight daily and pulses EDM and hip-hop music. Since 2014, the unprecedented crowds that wrap around each of their 27 Southern California locations have been coming as much for the ambiance as the handcrafted ice cream, which includes creations like Milk and Cereal, Cookie Monster, and new offerings such as Breakfast Java Monster ice cream and the Rick & Morty experience.
