Fisher Brothers, the developer behind [AREA15](https://www.vegasnearme.com/places/area15), has proposed an NBA arena on land between [AREA15](https://www.vegasnearme.com/places/area15) and Palace Station, just west of Interstate 15. The firm wants to partner with a Las Vegas NBA expansion bid group, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

CEO Winston Fisher told the newspaper that the arena would initially target 18,000 to 20,000 seats, with the size open to change based on a partner’s needs. Restaurants, shops and other entertainment would surround it, extending the campus’s activity beyond game nights.

The developer’s own [AREA15](https://www.vegasnearme.com/places/area15) portfolio page describes 30 operational acres and another 50 acres available for expansion. Its broader plans include residential, hospitality, cultural and sports uses.

The Review-Journal reports that Fisher Brothers has submitted its proposal to the NBA and spoken with prospective bid groups. This remains a developer’s proposal; it does not establish an approved arena, construction schedule or confirmed Las Vegas NBA team.
