She is a previous award winning competitive body builder, versed in martial arts, boxing as well as dance, and nutrition, which has complimented her successful Pilates training business for over ten years. Her unique studio is designed for "One on One" and "Duet" personal Pilates training for a demanding clientele that expect more.
